Upon receiving your order confirmation, it will take approximately 2-3 working days to fulfil and deliver your order.
Deliveries are scheduled on Monday – Friday from 10AM-5PM (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays) . Upon dispatch of your order, our team will send you a WhatsApp message to inform you of your delivery.
Kindly do take note that you are responsible for ensuring that a recipient is present at your designated address to receive the delivery. In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, our logistic team will return the order package back to our showroom premise for the customers self-collection.
Contactless delivery of your order is also available , however specific instructions must be provided. Do write down your request under the note section prior to the checkout. Alternatively, you can drop us an email ( ebusiness@andymannhartasia.com ) immediately.
If you have ordered an incorrect item and/or quantity please email (ebusiness@andymannhartasia.com) or call 6848 5498 immediately. Our team will make the necessary amendments from our back-end for you. Please provide us with your order number and order correction advice.
